Eagle Runners Give It Their All at Region Meet

(MEMPHIS, TN - October 27, 2021) - The SBA girls' cross country squad put their best feet forward at this year's Division II-AA region meet.

Three Eagle runners kept pace to lead the team with Savannah Scott (23:12) finishing 12th, Sarah Wiggins (23:23) finishing 14th, and Sommer Griffis (23:33) finishing 16th.

Anna Leoni also turned in a 24:11 time, which was good for 23rd.

The individual and team TSSAA State Championship meets will be held November 4th and 5th in Hendersonville.
