MEMPHIS, TN (September 22, 2021) – Playing in a driving rain storm for the second-straight game, the St. Benedict girls soccer team battled to a 1-0 loss at Hutchison on Tuesday. 

The game was played evenly throughout the first half with the game going into the break scoreless. Gracie Luther was spectacular in goal in keeping a clean sheet the first half.

Hutch finally broke through two minutes into the second, which proved to be the eventual game winner.

The Eagles are back at home on Thursday, September 23 hosting St. Agnes at 6 p.m.
