Girls' Lacrosse Drops Opener at Bartlett

(BARTLETT, TN - February 15, 2022) - The SBA girls' lacrosse team opened its 2022 campaign on the road at Bartlett on Tuesday night.

Freshman Bailey Gegg stood out for the Eagles, scoring six goals in the game.

Fellow freshman Kate Simoncic added two goals of her own and Izzie Polania also scored. Gaby Caron manned the goal and had 13 saves.

Bartlett came away with an 18-9 win in the end.

The team will travel to Shreveport, LA this weekend for the LaxFest 2022 tournament.
