Bio

Adam Townsend joined the SBA Trap Team coaching staff as the Head Coach in 2023. He has more than 35 years experience as a competitive shooter in multiple disciplines.  He has traveled the country competing in Sporting Clays and was a nationally ranked Master Class shooter as a member of the California All State Team. He is a certified NSCA Level One Instructor and has held memberships with NSCA, NSSA, ATA and 3 Gun Nation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Technology and Management from Washington State University.  Coach Townsend continues to compete recreationally in several shooting sports often with his son, Cash.
