Three Eagles Commit on Signing Day

(CORDOVA, TN - November 8, 2023) - Three senior St. Benedict athletes committed to college programs on Wednesday's National Signing Day in front of family, coaches, friends, and other members of the SBA community.

Basketball player Marcus Gray signed with Grand Valley State University after considering offers from a few other Division I programs. He has been a leading scorer on the Eagle basketball team throughout his time at St. Benedict and will surpass the 1,000 point mark shortly after his senior season begins next week.

Soccer player Emmy Brenner signed with Evansville University. She will join the Purple Aces after four years of standout play and earning multiple all-region accolades in a tough soccer region.

Golfer Claire Hollingsworth wrapped up an all-time SBA golf career by signing with Lawrence Tech University. She emerged early as one of the preeminent golfers in the Memphis area and consistently produced solid results throughout her SBA career.
