SBA Boys Win Fourth Straight

(CORDOVA, TN - December 20, 2021) - St. Benedict and Millington played a close game on Monday night. The Eagles made a few more plays in the end and won the game 75-65.

The first half was essentially a stalemate that resulted in a 32-31 SBA lead at halftime. Seth Grandberry (27 pts) was the high man for Millington and Marcus Gray (25 pts) matched him for SBA.

In the second half, Gary Bair (16 pts) and Joseph DiGaetano (13 pts) added to Gray's effort and produced just enough firepower to pull away.

The boys have won four games in a row to move to 5-5 on the season and will play their opening game of the SBA Holiday Tournament on Tuesday.
