Bio

Kenzie was born and raised in the Memphis area and went to high school at Fayette Academy. She attended Christian Brothers University, where she was a member of the golf and cheer teams and majored in English for Corporate Communications. After graduation, she remained at CBU for three years and coached the CBU Cheer team. Kenzie got her Master of Arts in Teaching degree from CBU before accepting a job at St. Benedict. She is married to her husband, Steven, and they have a daughter named Felicity. Kenzie teaches English and works in the Theatre department in addition to assisting with the varsity cheer team, which won the UCA Regional Championship in 2022 and 2023, was a NHSCC semifinalist in 2023, and a second place finisher in the 2023 UCA Memphis Classic Competition. They have since earned first place She is excited to continue growing the program while working toward the goal of winning a national title.
