Four Eagles Commit on Signing Day

Four Eagles Commit on Signing Day

(CORDOVA, TN - April 11, 2024) - Four Eagle athletes signed their commitments to further their athletic careers at the college level on Thursday's Signing Day.

Gracie Lamey of the girls' basketball team has committed to play at Christian Brothers University. The forward will look to provide a spark for the Buccaneers with her energy and natural scoring ability.

Pitcher and first baseman Charlee Smith will be playing at Southwest Tennessee Community College for two years before deciding on her next academic location. She has been a strong hitter in the middle of the Eagle softball lineup for four years in addition to eating innings on the mound.

Two Eagle baseball players, Tyee Parker and Parker Paschal, have committed to Lyon College. Both transferred to SBA and immediately became fixtures in the Eagle lineup. Paschal has been the primary shortstop and Parker has been the primary center fielder, while both have started on the mound since their arrival. Parker was also a member of the basketball team.

Best of luck to our Eagle athletes in their future endeavors.
