Girls' XC Competes in Hendersonville

(HENDERSONVILLE, TN - October 1, 2022) - The cross-country teams competed in the Saturday Night Fever race in Hendersonville, TN on Saturday.

Although the girls did not have a fifth runner and thus could not be counted in the team rankings, the runners who did compete had strong showings.

Maddia Mullis finished in 23:20 to place 19th in the field of 67. Sommer Griffis (23rd, 23:39) was not far behind and Zoe Geronimo (38th, 24:56) and Savannah Scott (44th, 25:34) also ran strong races.

The next meet is at Shelby Farms on Saturday.
