Girls' XC Places Third at Shelby Farms

(MEMPHIS, TN - September 28, 2022) - After having a meet postponed due to excessive heat, the cross-country team was able to run again at Shelby Farms on Wednesday in its MYA league meet.

The girls finished in third place (92 points) out of ten competing teams.

St. Mary's finished in first place with 37 points and Briarcrest (71) took second.

Maddia Mullis was the top runner for the Eagles, taking fifth place overall out of 110 runners.

The team will travel to Hendersonville this weekend to run in the Saturday Night Fever race.
