Simoncic Scores Six in Girls' Lax Win

(MEMPHIS, TN - April 5, 2022) - Kate Simoncic scored a whopping six goals and the SBA girls' lacrosse team took care of business against St. Agnes on Tuesday night.

Gianna DiGaetano and Bailey Gegg both scored two goals, while Michaela Crews and Rachel Schirmer also scored.

The relentless Eagle offense occupied the Stars' attention and limited their offensive attacking ability. Gaby Caron was only required to make six saves in goal.

Simoncic and Gegg are currently first and second on the region goalscorer list, respectively.

The team is now 5-12-1 and will play next at Houston on Friday.
