Girls' Bowling Team Clinches Region Title

(MEMPHIS, TN - December 6, 2022) - The girls' bowling team took advantage of an opportunity on Tuesday, defeating St. Mary's 14.5-8.5 to 6-0 on the year and clinching the region championship.

Gabbie Porter (133), Sommer Griffis (132), and Marcy Bryant (118) won their individual matches.

Zoe Crider (126) tied her opponent to earn a half point.

The team outbowled the Turkeys 745-715 to earn the two bonus points.

They went on to win three of the five Baker rounds and the overall pin total bonus points.

The team will wrap up the regular season on Thursday against Briarcrest at Andy B's.
