Bio

Jay was born in Illinois, but was raised and went to school in Texas.  He graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He moved to Memphis in 2003 and is Managing Director for Sedgwick, a global, technology-enabled claims and productivity management solutions provider to the world’s premier employers and insurance carriers.  Jay resides in Bartlett with his wife Krysha of 25 years and two kids, Savannah (SBA alum) and Trevor (SBA class of 2025). He is a member of the Memphis Runners Track Club and participates in several running events each year. He’s passionate about youth athletics and advocates for positive, encouraging environments that foster hard work, goal setting, and support of team.
