Coach Allen coaches in the SBA track program along side her twin sister, Jada. They also have a younger brother and an older sister and their passion for track and field comes from their mother. Coach Allen graduated from Central High School. She competed at the college level at Austin Peay State University, placing 9th in Ohio Valley Conference in the 400m before transferring to Mississippi Valley State University, where she ran track for the next three years. Coach Allen is part of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority and enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys and motivating others to be the best they can be.
