Bio
Coach Buchignani brings over 40 years of experience to the SBA tennis team. She is a former professional tennis player, having competed at United Nations in New York City and got her coaching start at St. Mary's in the 1970s. Prior to beginning her coaching career, she studied Sports Movement to learn how to apply proper mechanics to tennis instruction. Coach Buchignani believes that anyone can develop athletic skills with the correct training.
