Justin was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He attended Ocean Lakes High School where he played football, basketball, and ran track. He was highly ranked in football recruiting rankings and won state titles in the long jump and high jump. Following his senior year, he committed to play football at the University of Tennessee, where he majored in Sociology. Although a knee injury derailed his sophomore season, Justin went on to have a successful career as a wide receiver, earning Second Team All-SEC honors in 2012. The Tennessee Titans drafted him in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He later played with the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, and Pittsburgh Steelers and amassed 1,349 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns in his career. He is married to his wife, Aleisha, and has two children.
