Baseball Season Comes to End in Region Tournament

(CORDOVA, TN - May 6-7, 2022) - The baseball team hosted the opening rounds of the 2022 Division II-AA West Region Tournament this weekend.

In the opening game, the team lost to the #1 seed, CBHS, by a score of 12-1.

In the elimination game on Saturday afternoon, they ended their season with an 8-2 loss to MUS. Mason McHughes did his best to provide a spark, going 2-3 with a double and two RBI, but it wasn't enough to push the Eagles into the next round of the tournament.

The team finishes its season with a 4-30 record.
