Bio

Coach Allen coaches in the SBA track program along side her twin sister, Jala. They also have a younger brother and an older sister and their passion for track and field comes from their mother. Coach Allen graduated from Central High School, where she ran the 300m hurdles, 400m hurdles, and 4x4 relay. She competed at the college level at Austin Peay State University and Mississippi Valley State University. In her spare time, Coach Allen enjoys working out and writing poems.
