Girls' Lax Splits Saturday Doubleheader

(CORDOVA, TN - March 5, 2022) - The SBA girls' lacrosse team played two games at home on Saturday in beautiful spring weather.

They defeated Bryant (AR) 14-4 in the opening game. Kate Simoncic notched a hat trick and Avery Barber scored two goals. Gaby Caron made eight saves in the goal.

After taking a break during the boys' game, the team played again in the afternoon and lost 16-5 to White Station. Bailey Gegg scored two goals, while Simoncic, Zoe Littlejohn, and Gaby Caron added goals of their own.

The girls (3-9-1) play at ECS on Tuesday.
