Eagle Girls Move to 3-0

(MEMPHIS, TN - October 27, 2022) - The girls' bowling team squared off with St. Mary's on Thursday and defeated the Turkeys 17-6.

Rachel Gammill (182), Zoe Crider (146), Sommer Griffis (129), and Tymaia Rachel (113) won their matchups in the American 10-Pin round.

The team out-rolled the Turkeys 776 to 638 to earn the bonus points and take the lead, 6-2, heading into the Baker rounds.

The team won the first three Baker rounds before St. Mary's closed the gap by winning the final two.

Despite the run, SBA came out victorious by earning the Baker bonus points and overall pinfall total (1413-1104).

The team is now 3-0 and will look to make it four in a row against Briarcrest at All Star Lanes on Tuesday.
