Eagle Girls Lose Season Opener at Central

(MEMPHIS, TN - November 15, 2022) - The girls' basketball team opened its season by traveling to Central on Tuesday.

Although the Warriors got out to an early lead, the team showed fight in the fourth quarter to cut the deficit.

The Warriors ended up winning the game 43-27.

Maria Bair was the leading scorer with 10 points, followed by Molly Magness, who made three three pointers to account for each of her nine points.

The team will look to earn its first win of the season in Friday's home opener against FACS.
