Boys' Lax Edges Lausanne on Senior Night

(CORDOVA, TN - April 22, 2022) - The boys' lacrosse team celebrated Senior Night on Friday night at The Nest before their game against Lausanne.

Despite a number of injuries and some fierce competition, they were able to hold on to secure a 5-4 win.

Senior Sean Simoncic scored three times, including two late goals that proved to be the final blow for the Lynx. Joshua Thompson and senior Garrett Henry also scored and Ben Bosque stood tall in the goal all night, making 12 saves.

In addition to Simoncic and Henry, Jonathon Johnson, Shay Avent, Mason Myles, and Drake Watters were celebrated before the game.

The team (3-16) will wrap up its season on Monday at Bartlett.
