Baseball Loses Close Game Against Brighton

(CORDOVA, TN - April 12, 2023) - On Wednesday afternoon, the Eagles baseball team played against the Cardinals of Brighton at home. 

Tyee Parker went 2-3 and had two runs batted in along with Parker Paschal who went 1-2 along with one run batted in for the Eagles.  

Cooper Daniel pitched four innings, giving up eight hits, three runs, and three earned runs. Cooper Nerby pitched two innings, allowing two hits and one earned run.  

However, the Cardinals pushed more runs across the plate and the Eagles fell 7-4.  

The boys will play again on Thursday at ECS.
